1. Storage and purpose of personal data
Personal data is information that allows conclusions to be drawn about your person. This includes for example, name, address, telephone number, email address, but also IP address or bank details.
With exception to your IP address no personal data is collected when you view this website. (see also point 4. Survey of log files)
On our website you however have the possibility to communicate with us via specified contact options (contact form, e-mail, telephone, etc.).
When contacting us your details are processed on the basis of Article 6.1b GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The legal basis for processing to fulfil our legal obligations is found under Article 6.1c GDPR. The legal basis for processing in order to safeguard our legitimate interests is found under Article 6.1f GDPR.
We only use the personal data you provide in the context of your request, an offer or the processing of an order. This data may be stored in our customer database or in a similar application.
2. Transmission of data
If we transmit data to processors or third parties, or grant them access to the data, it will only be done on the basis of legal obligation and legal permission, on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. hosting service providers, tax and legal advisers, accounting service providers).
We do not transfer any personal data outside the EU. The location of all the servers we use is in the EU.
3. Deletion of data
Your data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary for processing a request, offer, order or due to legal regulations. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted. This will take place during regular observations and at least every two years.
4. Survey of Log-Files
When you access our website or retrieve a file, data about this process is stored in a log file on the web server of our hosting service provider (log files), on the basis of legitimate interests as described in Art. 6.1f GDPR. No personal data is stored.

This data will only be stored for the improvement of our service and for security reasons (e.g. to investigate abuse or fraud) and will be deleted latest after 6 months. The operator of the web server (hosting service provider) may only store, publish or subsequently access log files if this is permitted within the legal framework (e.g. in case of suspicion of illegal activities).
